RIVERA, Miguelina "Miquie" (Toro)- Of Chelsea, December 10th. Devoted wife of Carlos E. Rivera. Beloved mother of Charlie. Daughter of Ana H. Toro and the late Miguel A. Toro-Ocasio.  Loving sister of Milagros Escobar and her husband Enudio, Miguel A. Toro, Jr. and Nancy Acevedo and her husband Sammy.  Aunt of Gina Rivera, Jose Toro, Samantha and Sammy Toro, Clarissa and Cassandra Acevedo and Andrew and Anna Escobar. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Rose Church, 600 Broadway, Chelsea on Friday, December 15th at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
