Born in Chelsea 81 years ago, Pat passed away late Tuesday evening at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. A graduate of Chelsea High School Class of 1957, she worked for 15 years for AT&T at their Chelsea facility on City Hall Avenue. From 1970 until 1997, Pat and her husband Al owned and operated one of Chelsea's "go to" restaurant, Al Zacks, known for it's great sandwiches and seafood at low prices. Shortly after closing the restaurant, Al and Pat moved to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, where for a number of years operated a restaurant there until they retired to spend move time with their children and granchildren.
