ARSENAULT- Of Chelsea, December 4th, Karen J. Devoted daughter of the late Ernest M. and Janet (Gallant) Arsenault. Beloved sister of Ernest J. Arsenault and his wife Brenda of Easton and Bryan Arsenault and his wife Donna of Chelsea. Cherished aunt of Tarra, Christopher, Joseph, Steven, Rennee, Brandon, Cassandra and the late Justin. Great aunt of Chase and Jayden. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Friday, December 8th at 10 AM. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-7 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.

Born in Revere and a lifelong Chelsea resident, Karen passed away at the Boston Medical Center Monday morning. A personal care assistant in the healthcare field, she provided personal assistance at both private residences as well as nursing home facilities among them On Broadway Nursing Center, Inter City as well as with the Department of Mental Retardation and the Danvers State Hospital. A volunteer at the Salvation Army Citadel, she assisted with the Meals on Meals program and the after school program. Currently Karen was a member of the Maplewood Baptist Church in Malden.
