Genevieve (Mazurek) Czerepica

CZEREPICA, Genevieve (Mazurek)- Of Chelsea, September 1st. Devoted wife of the late Stanley Czerepica. Beloved mother of Theresa Czerepica of Chelsea, Grace Chojnacki and her husband Teodor of Dudley, Roman Czerepica and his wife Julie of Malden and Eva Crowell of Dudley. Sister of the late Anthek Mazurek, Janka Andrzejewska, Wladek Mazurek and Stanislawa Wieczorek. Cherished grandmother of Mellissa Chojnacki-Ohba and her husband Jun Pei, Ania Chojnacki-Durgin and her husband David, Thomas Chonacki and his longtime companion Dorothy Stevens, Ewa Chojnacki, John Crowell, Sophie Czerepica, Jacob Czerepica and Timothy Crowell. Also lovingly survived by her great grandchildren, Olivia Durgin, Ben Durgin, Abbey Chojnacki, Ted Ohba, Charlie Durgin and Amilia Chojnacki as well as many nieces and nephews here in the United States and in Poland. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass celebrated in Our Lady of Grace Church, 59 Nichols Street, Chelsea on Thursday, September 9th at 10 AM. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Wednesday from 4-7 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association at the address listed below.
