BOGICEVIC- Of Lynn, January 5th, Dusko. Beloved son of the late Nikola and Sofija Bogicevic. Born in Nova Gradisko, in the county of Brod-Posavina, Croatia 67 years ago, Dusko came to the United States on September 27th, 1999. Shortly after settling in the US, he began working for a short time at A&P. For the next 20 years, he was a conscientious worker who never took a day off working in the hospitality department at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at Bon Appetite. Though he has no relatives living in the United States, he was comforted by his friends and colleagues at MIT, including his good friend, William McComiskey and his wife Tracy of Revere.
Friends are kindly invited to attend a period of Visitation in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Sunday, January 10th from 3-5 PM. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, January 11th in Woodlawn Cemetery, 302 Elm Street, Everett at 11 AM. Visitation will begin at 10 AM with a procession leaving at 10:30 AM.
Those attending are reminded that Covid-19 precautions are in place, face coverings must be worn, social distancing must be maintained, contact tracing as well as temperatures will be taken. With occupancy limits in place, which are 25 people at this time, attendees are asked to enter, pay their respects and exit the funeral home to allow others to enter.
