KAPLAN, Teresa C. (Breau)- Of Nahant, formerly of Chelsea, peacefully July 20th surrounded by her loving and devoted family. Beloved wife of Michael. Devoted mother of Jesse Kaplan and his wife Beatrice of Salem, Sarah Scofield and her husband Travis of Peabody and Sean Kaplan of Malden. Dear sister of Michael Breau of Chelsea, Ann Long of Virginia and Robert Breau and his wife Linda of Winthrop. Cherished Nana of Grace, Hunter and Reagan. Also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Thursday, July 26th at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nahant. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Born in Chelsea and residing in Chelsea, Malden, Nahant and Tequesta, FL, Teresa at 67 years of age, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving and devoted family at the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln late Friday evening. Teresa had a love for traveling but her passion was her love for her family and spoiling her grandchildren.
